Step One: Organic Total Herb Extraction

For herbs like Calendula, Chamomile, and Arnica, Dr. Klein uses the 3-Fold Spagyric Extraction Method. He begins the process by drying these homegrown organic herbs in the shade, avoiding heat and the sun to preserve their nutrient content.

Next, he uses steam distillation to obtain their essential oils, this is followed by a liquid extraction, and then the minerals and trace elements trapped in the fibers of the plant are extracted. This unique method naturally preserves and produces a very potent liquid extract of each herb. This lengthy process can take days to even weeks for each herb.

Step Two: JK7® Signature Extracts

Dr. Klein collects JK7® Signature Extracts from selected herbs, plants, and fruits in a process similar to the 3-Fold Spagyric Extraction Method from Step One.

Select parts of the desired ingredients in an herb are separated and accumulated to isolate the substances that are useful for different skin types and problems. These include properties such as antioxidants, anti-glycation compounds, skin biome-supporting elements, in addition to their moisturizing, emollient, and natural healing agents. These extracts are tested in labs in vitro, as well as in vivo on female skin.

The herbs then undergo further processing to strengthen their unique properties, including healing dry skin, balancing oily skin, and treating various skin problems.

Step Three: Organic Essential Oil Selection

Organic Essential Oils are selected for their fragrance and healing benefits for the skin. These include Pure Rose, Vanilla, Frankincense, Myrrh, Neroli, Jasmine, and up to a dozen others.

These precious organic essential oils are valued from $5,000 to $20,000 per liter.

Step Four: Carrier Oil Selection

Organic Oils from vegetables are also selected, such as Avocado, Almond, Safflower, Rose Bud, Macadamia, Olive, Argan, Jojoba, Coconut, and Kukui Nut. These carrier oils are used to dilute the essential oils and aid their absorption into the skin.

Step Five: Emulsifier Selection

Natural-based emulsifiers from Coconut Oil and natural preservative substances are selected from Propolis, fractionated Rose Oil and Tea Tree Oil, and Colloidal Silver. These help the product’s water and oil components to mix.

Step Six: Thickener Selection

Natural thickeners from Aloe Vera and Silver Ear Mushroom are handpicked. Silver Ear Mushroom is rich in hyaluronic acids of high and low molecular weight, allowing the substance to penetrate and moisturize the skin from the outside in and inside out.

Step Seven: Natural Ingredients Selection

Other natural ingredients such as glycerin, vitamins, and minerals in water and oil-soluble form are selected.

The careful preparation of oils and other active compounds mentioned in Steps 1-7 can take two to four weeks to complete.

Step Eight: Mixture

Up to 70 different compounds from steps one to seven are combined and mixed artfully and methodically to avoid any separation and precipitation of the product.

Step Nine: Pasteurization

All water-soluble compounds are mixed and heated for a very short time to reach the pasteurization temperature of 70°C. Following this, all oil and fat-soluble compounds are also mixed and heated briefly to 70°C.

Step Ten: Emulsion

Both oil and water phases are combined by stirring, dispersing, and homogenizing them into a milky white emulsion. Oil enters the water phase in stable microscopic fine drops.

Step Eleven: Packaging

Steps 8-10 are completed in one day to maximize the product’s freshness. Once the mixture cools to under 30°C, the freshly formulated Rejuvenating Serum-Lotion is filled into 15 to 30mL glass bottles. Once they are packaged, the products are ready to be stored or shipped.

A sample then is taken and tested on the skin through a comprehensive analysis.
