City Air Clogging Up Your Skin? Try These 5 Detox Drinks!
Nine out of ten people worldwide live in places with bad air quality. Our skin is the largest organ of our body – yet oddly enough, most of us barely invest any time or effort into taking care of it. Our skin does reflect our health. Regular skin care using natural products is the key to keeping your skin looking young and refreshed.
Living in a polluted city or urban environment – comes with its own set of problems for skin care. On top of dead skin cells, all kinds of invisible matter and impurities in the city clog pores and cause our skin to become sensitive. These pollutants disrupt the skin’s natural detox process and deprive it of the nutrients it needs to protect itself.
If you can’t access a constant supply of purified air – it’s time for a detox! There are two ways to detox: externally, and internally. Externally, it’s important to use skincare products that are organic. While promising care, many skin care products consist of toxic materials and products associated with animal cruelty. JK7® owned ultra-potent natural and organic formulas — using the purest, rarest, and most effective essential oils and herbal extracts sourced in Hawaii — help bring new life into skin cells, resulting in immediate and lasting radiance.
To detoxify internally, it’s important to eat and drink healthy. Vitamins and other minerals from superfoods and organic products help cleanse your skin from all the impurities, toxins, pollutants, and dead cells. Drinking something as simple as an OJ can already help give you that natural glow. Don’t believe us? Try these 5 recipes below and watch yourself drink your way to healthier skin!
