The truth about our “sickness system”.
“The pharmaceutical industry has an insatiate desire for money and is exclusively profit-oriented. They aren’t interested in a cure or in a more educated patient”
Dr. Jurgen Klein.
Our newest Health Blog reveals the truth about our “sickness system”.
Demi-gods in white; powerful, respected, trustworthy – many doctors identify with this role. These definitions of the modern doctor have risen from the human desire to lend a helping hand in instances where there is a physical or mental health emergency. People associate this helping hand with doctors or hospitals because of historical events such as the discovery of „Insulin“ in 1923.
In those days the main focus was on finding and producing cures for the human race. This heart felt desire to help is what allowed the inventors of insulin to sell their precious patent for the symbolic price of 1 US-Dollar to the University of Toronto. This would be unthinkable today, with multi-billion dollar research and profits turned by the medical „industry“.
“They follow the slogans that any healthy and fit patient is a lost patient, and good health leads doctors and drug-makers into bankruptcy”
Dr. Klein.
Today, medical/pharmaceutical companys and the whole “sickness system” seem to favour money over health. „The pharmaceutical industry has an insatiate desire for money and is exclusively profit-oriented. They aren’t interested in a cure or in a more educated patient. They follow the slogans that any healthy and fit patient is a lost patient, and good health leads doctors and drug-makers into bankruptcy“, says Dr. Jurgen Klein from his experiences in this field. In fact, disease is a profitable business. According to the market researcher IMS Health: the global pharmaceutical revenue will be 1.3 Trillion US-Dollar by 2018.
Of course, there are medications which save lives and help sick people; however, the pharmaceutical industry wants to make money. Through marketing and advertising psychology the industry encourages us to consume pills as remedies. The truly respected „demi-gods in white“ no longer exist. Doctors seem to have become the extended arms of the pharmaceutical industry. In Germany, pharmaceutical companies paid nearly 600 million Euros to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies in 2015 (for participating in controversial studies), making multi-millions of Euros in profits with highly over-priced chemical drugs.
70%+ of all non-emergency surgeries are said to be unnecessary.
The pharmaceutical lobby has concluded that children who have difficulty sitting still, are wriggly, restless and disruptive – actually normal kids – have a „disorder“. Diagnosis: Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This diagnosis allows doctors to administer dangerous drugs such as Ritalin or Prozac (sold under the brand name Fluctin) to their young patients. The Swiss pharmaceutical company, Roche, had already dealt with Morphine between the 1st and the 2nd World Wars. At that time, the painkiller, which paralyzes the brain, was sold to non-legal underground organisations, today the pharmaceutical industry is selling Morphin legally to doctors who prescribe it for cancer patients.

Indubitably, not all doctors and medicine should be tarred with the same brush. Both also play a very important role in the modern world. In cases of emergencies, injuries and accidents, doctors and surgeons do a tremendous job and save many lives. But, 70%+ of all non-emergency surgeries are said to be unnecessary. Surely this has to be the result of budget requirements. Allopathic doctors are intellectually trained people who have great knowledge in some areas, but seem to believe only in that which is officially permitted “evidence based research”. Even when the today’s results may be the opposite in a few years time!
True disease prevention is achieved through a healthy diet, regular exercise, a changeover of bad habits and patient education about the causes of diseases. One of the most important areas of education is stress induced disease. Unfortunately modern medicine praises prevention methods like mammography – but in recent years more and more studies have shown that mammography could become a trigger for breast cancer (Source: Archives of Internal Medicine, 2008).
Three Questions to reflect on:
- Did you know that in the Western world, drugs are the third-leading cause of death, after heart attack and cancer?
- Did you know that there are only short-term studies for many newly approved drugs and that no one knows how they effect patients in the long-term?
- Did you know that more than 75% of the leading scientists are paid by the pharmaceutical industry?
It’s not difficult to stay healthy. There is no need for standardized screening techniques to be capable of detecting diseases or the like, because each of us possess the ability to be informed and knowledgable about our own health. Necessary, are solely intelligent and informed decisions about what we eat, what we expose our selves to (apply to our skin, breath, etc.) and how to remain conscious of how our body feels and reacts. Not ignoring irregular and/or recurring issues.
